Rise & Shine is all about raising children healthily in all areas: social, physical, intellectual, mental and medical. It is an initiative borne out of a common desire between a group of newly-minted mothers, who want their children to start their lives healthy, happy and strong, and a group of final year NTU students, who wants to inject their passion for breakfast into a meaningful cause for children.

Come September, Rise & Shine will stage the world’s largest Children’s Health and Development Expo. Be treated to three fun-packed days as we host over 100 seminars, workshops and trial classes, and more than 120 carefully handpicked exhibitors, all under one convenient roof at Suntec Convention Centre. Supported by HPB, MCYS, SingHealth and many other prominent partners, Rise and Shine is definitely the most authoritative platform for parents, caregivers and educators to access pertinent information on raising healthier and happier children.

Rise and Shine Expo is the only event in Singapore that brings together many world-famous parenting gurus and authors. Don’t miss the opportunity to have one-on-one sessions with Heidi Murkoff, Dr Thomas Armstrong and Dr William Sears, all of whom are internationally-acclaimed authors and authorities who have penned many best sellers on pregnancy and parenting.

The four final-year students are spearheading the Rise & Shine Breakfast Campaign. From December to March, the Breakfast Team will be traveling to different libraries, malls and schools around Singapore to engage parents and kids and highlight the importance of a healthy daily breakfast through ambient installations, storytelling sessions, cooking demos and theatre performances.
